Refund Policy
Payments and Recharge
Payments made toward internet plans, subscriptions, recharges, installation charges, or other D-Net services are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated or the recharge has been successfully applied to the customer's account.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you have accidentally made a duplicate payment or paid an incorrect amount, please contact D-Net Support as soon as possible.
After verification, eligible duplicate or excess payments may be refunded or adjusted against your account, subject to applicable payment processing charges and verification requirements.
Failed Transactions
If an amount has been debited from your bank account, UPI account, card, or other payment method but the corresponding recharge or service payment was not successfully credited to your D-Net account, please contact us.
After confirming the transaction status, D-Net will either credit the eligible amount to your account or process a refund through the original payment method, as applicable.
Service Activation and Installation
Installation, activation, equipment, or setup charges may be non-refundable once the installation process has started or the service has been activated.
If D-Net is unable to provide the service after accepting payment, the applicable amount may be refunded after verification.
Service Disruptions
Temporary service interruptions, network maintenance, technical issues, or outages do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Where applicable, D-Net may provide an adjustment, service extension, or other resolution depending on the nature and duration of the interruption and the terms of the customer's plan.
Cancellation
Customers who wish to cancel a service should contact D-Net Support and provide their registered customer details.
Any refund following cancellation will be determined according to the applicable plan terms, service status, outstanding dues, installation charges, equipment charges, and the amount of service already used.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or other payment provider.
D-Net is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.
Equipment and Outstanding Dues
Where applicable, customers must return D-Net-provided equipment in accordance with the applicable service terms before a refund or account settlement can be completed.
Any outstanding dues, equipment charges, or other applicable charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
